Application:
1.Abrasives: Used in grinding wheels, sandpapers, and abrasive powders for polishing and surface preparation in metal fabrication, automotive, and construction industries.
2. Refractories: Incorporated into refractory bricks, castables, and shapes for furnace linings, kiln furniture, and crucibles due to their high-temperature stability and resistance to thermal shock.
3. Ceramics: Essential in ceramic production for enhancing strength, hardness, and thermal properties in ceramic bodies, glazes, and specialty ceramics.
4. Electrical Insulation: Used as an insulating material in electrical components and systems where high dielectric strength and thermal stability are required.
5. Catalyst Support: Applied as a catalyst support material in chemical processes and catalytic converters due to its inertness and high surface area.
6. Water Treatment: Utilized in water purification systems for adsorption and filtration of contaminants, improving water quality.
7. High-Temperature Applications: Employed in industries requiring materials resistant to high temperatures, such as aerospace, automotive, and manufacturing sectors.
8. Cosmetics and Personal Care: Included in cosmetic formulations and toothpaste as a mild abrasive for polishing and cleansing properties.
9. Refractory Coatings: Used as coatings or additives to enhance thermal insulation and corrosion resistance in various industrial processes.
10. Chemical Processing: Used in abrasive applications and as a catalyst in chemical reactions requiring stable and inert materials.
