Calcined Kaolin

The calcined kaolin has characteristics such as a large specific surface area, high porosity, good adsorption performance, high volume resistivity, low dielectric loss. It also has excellent high-temperature resistance, low thermal expansion coefficient, and outstanding thermal shock resistance. After calcination, the surface hydroxyl groups decrease, and its resistance to acid and alkali corrosion significantly improves. AMANDA INTERNATIONAL adopts raw material selection + pre-treatment processes to ensure the consistency of color phase of the calcined products and the stability of batch quality, which ranks at the leading level in the industry.

Main application fields:

1. Paper Industry: High-grade coated paper pigments, replacing part of titanium dioxide, enhancing paper glossiness, opacity and printing adaptability;

2. Coating Industry: Water-based/powder coatings functional fillers, increasing covering power, weather resistance and coating hardness;

3. Plastic and Rubber: Engineering plastics (PP, PA, PVC) reinforcing fillers, improving dimensional stability, insulation and flame retardant synergy;

4. Wire and Cable: Cable insulation layer and sheath fillers, enhancing electrical insulation performance and mechanical strength;

5. Ceramic Industry: Electronic ceramics, precision ceramics raw materials, reducing sintering temperature, optimizing body performance;

6. Environmental Materials: Molecular sieves, catalyst carriers, adsorbent matrix materials.

Since 1998, our company has been engaged in the local high quality mineral products export, through many years of supply and delivery, we have accumulated a lot of valuable work experience.
