Product Description

Brown corundum is produced by using bauxite and coke (coke-free coal) as the main raw materials and through high-temperature smelting in an electric arc furnace. The grinding tools made from it are suitable for grinding metals with high tensile strength, such as various general steels, malleable cast iron, hard bronze, etc. It can also be used to manufacture high-grade refractory materials. Brown corundum has the characteristics of high purity, good crystallization, strong fluidity, low linear expansion coefficient, and corrosion resistance. After being verified by dozens of refractory production enterprises, this product has the features of no explosion, no powdering, and no cracking during application. Especially its cost-performance ratio is much higher than that of traditional brown corundum, making it the best aggregate and filler for brown corundum-based refractory materials.

Application

Brown corundum is called the "teeth" of industry: it is mainly used in refractory materials, grinding wheels, and sandblasting.

1. High-grade refractory materials - It s used to manufacture high-grade refractory materials, casting materials, refractory bricks, etc.

2. Sandblasting - The abrasive has moderate hardness, high bulk density, no free silica, high specific gravity, good toughness, and is an ideal "environmentally friendly" sandblasting material, widely used in aluminum profiles, copper profiles, glass, washed denim clothing, precision molds, etc.

3. Free grinding - Grinding grade abrasive, applied to free grinding in fields such as vacuum tubes, optical glass, single crystal silicon, lenses, watch glass, crystal glass, jade, etc., it is a commonly used high-grade grinding material in China.

4. Resin grinding tools - The abrasive has suitable color, good hardness, good toughness, appropriate particle cross-section type and edge retention degree, and is applied to resin grinding tools, with ideal results.

5. Coated grinding tools - The abrasive is the raw material for manufacturers of sandpaper, gauze, etc.
